- Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Angular to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring successful project delivery.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through effective coding practices and optimization techniques.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into projects where applicable.
- Participate in the planning and execution of software testing ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work model.
- Possess a strong proficiency in Angular with hands-on experience in developing complex applications.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience in branch banking domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
