Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, particularly in Data Cloud, to enhance and streamline data processes and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for data management and integration.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and integration processes within Salesforce.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce using Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 3-4 years focused on Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Experience with data integration tools and middleware like MuleSoft.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development.
