Job Description
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the 24/7 operations of Colt's network infrastructure to ensure seamless 24/7 technical support to a high quality standard measured through NES/NPS and in line with SLAs and maximum service availability and performance for customers.
- Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimising downtime and supporting efficient operations.
- Overseeing the logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes.
- Managing and directing Team Leads and Specialists in the delivery of network operations and services.
- Providing deep technical expertise in networking, systems and software to lead the troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
- Building relationships with internal functions (Sales, Service Management and other Operations and Engineering Functions) and external partners.
