Role Overview
We are building a modern, high-performance L2/L3 Support Team in Noida, India (Hybrid work model), responsible for resolving the vast majority of production issues without escalating to Engineering.
This leadership role requires professionals who combine:

- Full ownership of incidents end-to-end
- Proven leadership in mentoring and escalation management
- Drive for process improvement and documentation culture
We are not looking for ticket passers. We are looking for problem owners who lead by example.
Experience Required
- 6+ years in production support or similar environments
- Proven RCA leadership experience
- Mentoring and escalation management experience
- Track record of driving process improvement and documentation culture
- Own L2/L3 tickets across application, database, and infrastructure layers
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and when possible implement or propose fixes
- Pull, read, and navigate code repositories to understand logic and dependencies
- Lead or contribute to root cause analysis (RCA)
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution
- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering and SRE teams
- Mentor team members and review their investigations
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Raise technical standards across the team
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes and practices
- Strong SQL troubleshooting
- Ability to read and reason about application code
- Production debugging mindset
