Technical Lead / Mern stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, overseeing project planning, development, and delivery.
• Architect and implement full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. and React Native
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, writing unit and integration tests.
• Optimize application for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production bugs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Proven experience as a team lead or senior developer.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
