Job Title: Technical Lead (.Net Core)

Location:

• Base: India
• Deputation: 6-12 Months in Johannesburg, South Africa (Hybrid: 2-4 days in the client or ST21 office)

Package: Up to ₹50 Lakhs Per Annum
Experience Required: 8 to 12 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Lead with expertise in .Net Core and cloud technologies to lead our development projects. The candidate will work on innovative solutions, manage system integrations, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, along with leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions using .Net Core and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Lead teams, mentor developers, and enforce best practices.
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with standards like GDPR and PCI DSS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver projects on time.
• Optimize system integration and performance across platforms.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong experience in .Net Core, Entity Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and cloud security.

Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with banking systems (core banking, payments, digital platforms) and insurance applications.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
