Technical Lead/Project Manager

Overview

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Development Infrastructure to serve as the direct

point of contact between high-level executives and our technology teams. This senior

leadership position will be responsible for overseeing multiple technology stacks, cloud

infrastructure, and development operations while ensuring seamless communication between

technical and business stakeholders through daily standups with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

 Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and technical teams,

including daily standup meetings with executives

 Manage and optimize three technology stacks:

o Node.js-based systems

o Two PHP-based systems with React and Nuxt3 frontends

 Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and Digital Ocean platforms

 Manage serverless architecture components and event-based architecture

 Administer and maintain Git repositories and version control systems

 Design, implement, and manage development pipelines and CI/CD processes

 Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions

 Ensure system reliability, security, and performance

 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

 Establish best practices and technical standards across all systems

 Manage infrastructure costs and optimize resource allocation

 Oversee database management including CockroachDB and other distributed database

systems

Required Qualifications

 7+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership

 Superior English communication skills (written and verbal) for daily executive

interactions

 Proven expertise in Node.js and PHP technology stacks

 Strong knowledge of React.js and Nuxt3/Vue.js frameworks

 Extensive experience with AWS and Digital Ocean cloud services

 Advanced proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows

 Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines

 Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders

 Proven ability to effectively multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-

paced environment

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or

equivalent practical experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹529,360.40 - ₹1,794,132.07 per year
