Technical Project Manager - Dynatrace

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in implementing observability solutions, particularly with tools like Dynatrace, and familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a advocating for cloud solutions and agile delivery models, while effectively managing technical projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the implementation of observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace) to enhance system monitoring and performance.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability among team members.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks for non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Delivery:
• Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks related to project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in observability and cloud solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in implementing observability solutions.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.

Skills:

• Technical expertise in observability tools (Dynatrace preferred) and cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team dynamics and motivation.
