Note: For initial 2-3 months, candidates will undergo offline training in India or in the Middle East Region)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background in Full Stack Development to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Agile frameworks, Jira, and project management methodologies. This role is perfect for someone who has transitioned into PMO from a tech background, understands software development lifecycles, and is keen to align business strategies with project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between development efforts and business objectives.
• Utilize Agile frameworks and Jira for tracking, reporting, and managing projects.
• Provide leadership in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Engage in offline training for the first 2-3 months in India or the Middle East to gain a deeper understanding of the business and processes.
• Facilitate continuous learning and improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Full Stack Development (React.js, Node.js).
• Prior 8+ years of experience working as a PMO in a technology-driven environment.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks, Jira, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Ability to understand and integrate business strategies into technical projects.
• Open to learning new technologies and business concepts.
• Willingness to undergo initial offline training in India or the Middle East.
