Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Kolkata (Onsite) - Sector 5

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Development Manager to lead our development team and drive the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on coding experience, and proven management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure quality assurance.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and best development practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of overall experience, including both coding and management.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding and development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role, leading development teams.
• Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, Angular, React, Laravel, PHP, WordPress, Magento, Shopify (Good to have experience across multiple technologies).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Must have a technical background with a degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, or MCA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
