About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects in website, mobile app, and blockchain development. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and blockchain engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has experience in Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for web, mobile, and blockchain projects.
• Technical Leadership: Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility, architecture, and implementation align with business goals.
• Agile & Scrum Management: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resource & Budget Management: Allocate team resources effectively and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet high technical standards and comply with security and blockchain best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and generate reports.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in web, mobile, or blockchain development.
• Technical Knowledge:Web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.
• Mobile: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Flutter, React Native.
• Blockchain: Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, NFTs, DeFi, Layer 2 solutions.
• Project Management Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.
