Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5-7 Years

CTC-12-15 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Ensure strong stakeholder communication, bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving project roadblocks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients and senior management.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PMP Certification is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with international clients and internal teams effectively.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
• Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing, IT, or software development company.
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions, DevOps, or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
