Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment towards project goals.
Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and effectively, balancing workload and priorities to optimize project performance.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing impacts and implementing appropriate adjustments.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management methodologies and efficiency.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the software development industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
