About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of technical support services for one of our marquee customers. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of technical support processes.

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical support projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the marquee customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance, including key metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in technical support and project management, preferably with experience managing high-profile clients.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
