Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager wit 5+years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of technology-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.

Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals and objectives.

Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

Technical Oversight:

Understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Ensure the technical feasibility of project solutions and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and address project risks and issues proactively.

Ensure projects comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and timelines.

Monitor project expenditures and track financial performance.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Conduct project reviews and post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, managing technology projects.

Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.

Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
