Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of .NET microservices-based projects with a strong focus on DevOps practices and automation.
- Define project scope, schedule, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Drive DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline setup, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through robust technical governance.
- Engage with stakeholders for requirement gathering, status updates, and change
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as part of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Mentor and guide team members on technical best practices and project standards.
- 9 - 12 years of overall experience in application development and project delivery.
- Proven expertise in .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation, container orchestration, and cloud deployments.
- Experience managing teams across development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
- Microsoft or Azure DevOps certification is a plus.
- Experience working in consulting or delivery centre environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is desirable.
- Prior experience working in client-facing roles.
