  Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in Fullstack development (React, Node.js, Angular). The ideal candidate will lead and mentor development teams, ensure code quality, manage client interactions, and drive project execution with technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:
  Lead fullstack development projects using React.js, Node.js, Angular, and related technologies.
  Manage the technical delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  Architect scalable web applications with modern design patterns and coding practices.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams: UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and manage tech debt. Guide and mentor developers;
  conduct technical training sessions.
  Drive Agile/Scrum-based development practices, sprint planning, and estimations.
  Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  Ensure timely delivery with quality and client satisfaction.
  
  Required Skills:
  Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Angular (any version).
  Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices.
  Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  Familiarity with frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress) and backend frameworks.
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  Experience working with international clients and managing offshore teams.
  Exposure to project budgeting, resourcing, and team scaling.
  Certification in Agile/Scrum (optional but preferred).
