Technical Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Managerial Cadre) to lead and manage cross-functional technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, aligning project execution with business goals, and mentoring project teams.:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in all technical meetings and discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions across frontend and backend technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ensure best coding practices are followed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and development teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across different layers of the application stack.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and evaluate their applicability in current and future projects.
• Take ownership of technical documentation, including system architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle processes (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, version control, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in frontend technologies and backend frameworks (eg. WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Laravel, PHP, Node, Vue etc)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), API design, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹528,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Shift allowance

Work Location: In person
