About the Role
AAXIS is seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee the successful delivery of digital initiatives across web applications, mobile apps, and eCommerce platforms. This role demands a strong focus on project execution, delivery excellence, cross-functional coordination, and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing enterprise-scale projects and a deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems in both B2B and B2C domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end project execution across multiple web, mobile, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, resourcing, and scope.
- Apply Agile and Scrum best practices to manage sprint cycles, user stories, and velocity tracking.
- Monitor project health using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring risks are flagged and addressed early.
- Collaborate with technical architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into successful outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and business leads.
- Facilitate recurring standups, sprint reviews, and steering committee meetings with clear agendas and status updates.
- Translate technical discussions into business language for executive stakeholders.
- Maintain project transparency and alignment with client goals throughout the lifecycle.
- Resolve blockers and foster an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization & Team Support
- Identify and drive improvements in delivery workflows, sprint planning, and team collaboration.
- Support onboarding and mentoring junior team members and business analysts.
- Contribute to internal project frameworks, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical project management with a focus on digital platforms, including web, mobile, B2B/B2C eCommerce.
- Methodologies: Proven track record delivering Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid projects.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools.
- Platforms: Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, OroCommerce, and integrations with ERP, OMS, PIM, Search, and Analytics systems.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with developers, architects, and DevOps teams; familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage executive-level reporting.
