Technical Project Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic team in the development of cutting-edge applications using Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL technologies. This role demands a deep understanding of software development practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning And Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
  

Technical Oversight

• Provide technical guidance and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL-based solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates, risk assessments, and project outcomes.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging current best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.
• Proven experience in managing projects involving Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL technologies.
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
  
  

Technical Requirement

• Strong understanding of Java and Spring Framework.
• Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
