Overview
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead customer implementations from contract close through successful launch. This role combines project ownership, data onboarding expertise, and technical fluency to ensure customers are set up accurately and efficiently. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to manage onboarding timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure high-quality data configuration that meets each customer's operational needs.

- Own the full customer onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring all milestones are completed on time and to standard.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and customer-facing onboarding progress.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk trackers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders.
- Understand product configuration settings, integrations, and data structures.
- Read and interpret code snippets, configuration files (e. g., JSON, API payloads), and logs to support debugging and data mapping.
- Partner with Engineering to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system setup aligns with customer workflows and compliance standards.
- Analyse onboarding metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and dashboards to standardise onboarding execution.
- Collaborate with Product to provide feedback on data setup tools and API usability.
- 1-4 years of experience in technical project management, implementation, or data onboarding at a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of data onboarding processes, customer integrations, and project lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and SQL (querying, filtering, joins).
- Comfortable reading and interpreting code, scripts, or configuration files, not expected to code production logic, but able to follow technical conversations.
- Proven ability to coordinate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with project management tools (e. g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com ).
- Experience with API integrations, ETL pipelines, or data transformation workflows.
- Exposure to healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Familiarity with Postman, dbt, or similar data validation tools.
- Knowledge of data mapping, schema design, or normalisation concepts.
