We are hiring a Dynamic Technical Project Manager professional to join our team:-

Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. Duties include planning projects in detail, project release, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project i.e; setting deadlines, providing feedback and communicating with clients about the status of their projects.

A Professional who can develop a plan of action to get a project completed, working across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions. Must have the ability to follow direction from management, manage deadlines and have a history of successfully promoting teamwork.

Responsibilities:-

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
  • Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and interprets dynamic material.
  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members, manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
  • Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
  • Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle. Ensures all the projects are reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution.
  • Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
  • Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
  • Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in the corporate market.
  • Evaluates technological choices (network/hardware related and technology/code related) by querying providers and understanding enough about implications to make choices for the organization that have an appropriate balance between cost
  • Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.

Skills:-

Technical Project Manager should possess the managerial skills, such as working with teams, scheduling, budgeting, and planning skills. Must be attentive to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills such as working well with others, analytical along with abstract thinking skills, time management and organizational skills.

  • Should have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile.
  • Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.
  • Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
  • Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these tie into, support or impedes organizational strategic objectives
  • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, database and system design
  • Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
  • Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
  • Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or related technical field required
  • 8+ years of Technical experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes.
  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and project team.
  • An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management.
  • Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional image to all stakeholders
  • Experience with the public cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud etc) would be plus
  • Working experience on large enterprise applications, integration and cloud-based delivery platforms.
