We are a fast-growing software startup looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager who can drive execution, bring structure to chaos, and work closely with engineers to ship features fast. This role requires someone who is comfortable getting into technical details, managing ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats.

Execution & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and platform initiatives.
• Break vague product ideas into clear technical tasks and milestones.
• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure fast, predictable releases without compromising quality.
  
  

• Work deeply with engineering on system design, APIs.
• Review technical approaches and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Translate business needs into engineering-ready requirements.
  
  

• Act as the glue between business, product, engineering, QA.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs.
• Communicate clearly with leadership on timelines, blockers, and delivery risks.
  
  

• Introduce lightweight Agile processes (no heavy bureaucracy).
• Improve velocity, ownership, and accountability across teams.
• Maintain clear documentation without slowing execution.
• Help build a strong engineering execution culture from the ground up.
  
  

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with
• Backend systems (REST APIs)
• Databases (SQL , NoSQL)
• Ability to read and understand code if required.
  

• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
