This role is part of Jetbro’s engagement with Safal, where we are rebuilding and evolving their core product platform. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with Jetbro’s engineering teams and Safal’s business and product stakeholders to drive structured product development and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience who can combine structured project management with strong technical understanding.

This role is responsible for coordinating product development across backend, frontend, design, and QA teams while ensuring that delivery aligns with Safal’s product roadmap.

You will not just manage sprints. You will be responsible for ensuring that developers are operating effectively, requirements are clearly documented, risks are surfaced early, and releases are delivered smoothly.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working with engineers, writing structured documentation, and interacting with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development across backend, frontend, design, and QA teams
  
• Translate business requirements into structured product and technical documentation
  
• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming in collaboration with engineering teams
  
• Work with Safal stakeholders to clarify product requirements and priorities
  
• Maintain clear documentation across product features, workflows, and technical dependencies
  
• Track delivery progress across multiple modules and ensure timelines are met
  
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers affecting development
  
• Coordinate QA processes and assist in preliminary testing of product features
  
• Manage release planning and ensure smooth deployment coordination
  
• Maintain structured communication between Jetbro engineers and Safal stakeholders
  
• Ensure developers have clarity on requirements and are able to operate efficiently
  
• Maintain project artifacts including Jira boards, documentation repositories, and release notes
  
  
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• 3 years of experience in technical project management or product delivery
  
• Experience working closely with software development teams
  
• Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise platforms
  
• Strong documentation skills for product and technical workflows
  
• Ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and technical dependencies
  
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Linear
  
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows
  
• Ability to perform preliminary testing of product features before QA handoff
  
• Strong communication skills for interacting with engineers and business stakeholders
  
• Ability to manage multiple development tracks simultaneously
  
• Strong sense of ownership over delivery and developer productivity

• Exposure to backend systems, APIs, or database-driven applications
  
• Familiarity with Confluence or structured documentation systems
  
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple environments
