About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional project execution across Technology and Product teams. This role bridges business objectives and engineering execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered with clarity, alignment, and quality.
You will work closely with Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Designers, and Leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and ensure seamless delivery across departments including Marketing, Legal, Operations, Creative, and Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of product and technical initiatives
- Translate business goals into actionable project plans with defined scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with engineering and product teams
- Track timelines, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely mitigation
- Maintain centralized documentation, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and progress across teams
- Partner with Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Creative teams to align deliverables and schedules
- Prepare weekly project status reports for leadership with risks, blockers, and recommendations
- Assist in resource planning, budget estimation, and capacity management
- Drive process improvements and adoption of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Champion agile and lean practices across cross-functional teams
- Perform other related project management responsibilities aligned with business priorities
Project and Delivery Skills :
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project or program management in IT services, product companies, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile or scrum methodologies
- Proven experience managing engineering sprints, product timelines, and cross-functional programs
- Experience working with global client accounts and delivery models such as Time and Material or Fixed Price
- Familiarity with project accounting principles, charge code structures, and billing cycles
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight timelines
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills
- Technical background in Engineering or hands-on experience working with software systems
- Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growing product environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, Figma, Slack, and Gantt chart tools
- Exposure to compliance-focused domains such as legal, finance, or operations
- Understanding of IT project lifecycles, resource planning, and billing structures
- Awareness of compliance standards such as ISO, GDPR, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of contract terms impacting billing, such as SLAs, milestones, and SOW structures
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and structured problem-solving approach
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is must
