Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale fintech implementations with partner banks specifically across Credit Card and Credit Line on UPI products.

The role will be responsible for driving program governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with bank stakeholders, internal product, engineering and operations teams to execute complex financial product implementations in a highly regulated environment.

The Hats You Will Wear

• Own end-to-end project management for implementation of Credit Card and Credit Line on UPI products with partner banks.
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams including product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
• Ensure timely go-live of large-scale fintech implementations by managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of coordination with partner bank stakeholders for project execution and implementation governance.
• Run regular governance forums, status reviews, and escalation channels with senior stakeholders across bank and internal teams.
• Maintain transparent communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to drive execution.
• Translate product requirements and regulatory needs into execution plans and track delivery across teams.
• Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and operational constraints early in the project lifecycle.
• Drive structured issue resolution and escalation mechanisms to prevent delivery delays.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements during product rollout.
• Lead go-live readiness reviews, UAT coordination and operational preparedness.
• Ensure smooth production rollout and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Track post-launch issues, stabilization and performance metrics.
  
  

• 4-6 years of experience in project/program management in fintech, banking or payments ecosystem.
• Experience managing large cross-functional technology implementations with banks or financial institutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders including external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and program governance skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with complex regulatory dependencies.
  
  

• Experience working on Credit Card platforms, issuer processing systems or UPI ecosystem integrations.
• Familiarity with RBI regulations and fintech-bank partnership models.
• Experience coordinating with technology teams for API integrations and product launches.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw.

Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 10 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance
