About the Role:

At SwitchOn, our cutting-edge systems capture images from complex manufacturing lines and run DeepInspect to detect defects with over 99% accuracy. As a startup, delighting customers with lightning-fast execution is one of our core differentiators. The role requires you to execute complex AI-powered projects in conjunction with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organization to deliver the projects on time.

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

1. End-to-End Project Management – Oversee the complete project lifecycle including initiation, planning, tracking, risk management, and ensuring timely completion within budget by collaborating with internal product teams and external system integrators.
2. Stakeholder & Resource Coordination – Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, independently manage resource allocation, and drive alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution.
3. Deployment & Issue Resolution – Lead deployment-related activities, resolve recurring or sporadic product/network issues, and conduct customer visits for project sign-off and handover.

Requirements

1. Project Management Expertise – 4+ years of experience in managing projects, with hands-on knowledge of tools like JIRA, Zoho Projects, Trello, and similar platforms.

2. Domain Knowledge in Manufacturing – Proven experience delivering machine vision–based quality inspection systems or automation projects, with strong understanding of factory lines, SPMs, and automation workflows.

3. Collaboration & Communication – Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
