Technical Project Manager (Clone)

Overview

Responsibilities -

1. Requirement & Documentation Governance
   ● Discovery & Documentation: Lead client discovery sessions to gather business needs and translate them into high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
   ● Traceability: Create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure every client need is mapped to a technical task and verified before go-live.
   ● Knowledge Management: Own the "Source of Truth" for projects, including keeping meticulous Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and version-controlled project folders.
   
2. End-to-End Implementation & Planning
   ● Project Architecture: Translate signed-off BRDs into a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule.
   ● Execution & Monitoring: Track the project from kick-off through configuration, testing, and go-live, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
   ● Risk Mitigation: Proactively maintain a risk and issue log; identify potential bottlenecks in integrations or resource constraints before they impact the timeline.
   
3. Team Leadership & Agile Delivery
   ● Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies to track team progress and remove blockers.
   ● Capacity Planning: Monitor team velocity and workload to ensure realistic delivery commitments.
   ● Hybrid Methodology: Seamlessly pivot between Waterfall (for client-facing milestones and sign-offs) and Agile(for internal development cycles).
   
4. Technical & Client Partnership
   ● Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS product’s functionality, APIs, and technical integrations to lead consultative discussions with client IT teams.
   ● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), providing transparent progress reports, dashboards, and executive updates to ensure alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

● 3+ years in a SaaS or technical consulting environment.

● PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

● Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant is a plus.

● Exposure to enterprise or mid-market client implementations.
