Required Skills:
- Strong Development Background (Mandatory) - 10+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer/technical lead before transitioning into project management, with deep understanding of application architecture, coding practices, and system design.
- End-to-End Project Management - Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, prioritization, time tracking, and delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
- Technical Problem-Solving & Quality Ownership - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues, review solution designs, and ensure high-quality technical deliverables through robust QA practices.
- Agile & Adaptive Delivery - Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing changing requirements, and ensuring continuous delivery and team velocity.
- Leadership, Stakeholder & Business Alignment - Capability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage client and stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and align technical delivery with business objectives.
