Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of our new web/mobile application.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with company stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead the recruitment and hiring process to build a skilled and dedicated team of developers for the project.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between the technical team and senior management, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure the final product is built to high-quality standards and meets all business objectives.
