Responsibilities/Pre-requisites:
- The Technical Project Manager is required to manage the overall delivery of development and enhancements projects.
- Relevant experience in Managed Services Delivery adherence in support projects.
- Candidate should have Application Development background of .Net or Java or any other technologies.
- Efficient in customer handling.
- Ensure delivery adherence as per Service Level Agreement.
- Capability to interview candidates and select the right resource forthe projects.
- Candidate must coach and mentor team members.
- Excellence in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Manufacturing and BFSI domain expertise is preferred.
- Candidates with PMP or CSM certification are preferred.
