Role Overview
As a Project Manager at ABInBev, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the execution of projects, utilizing industry best practices, tools, and methodologies, including Agile. Your expertise in managing resources, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships will be essential to ensuring successful outcomes for our projects.

Project Manager Roles, Responsibilities And Skills
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Maintain technical/procedural alignment with key stakeholders.
- Predict resources requirements and manage the resources effectively and efficiently.
- Track project costs to meet budget (wherever applicable)
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and workplan.
- Communicate project updates and progress as per the communication and stakeholder engagement plan to various stakeholders.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers and ensure deliverables are communicated well.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Perform risk management and mitigation.
- Extremely proactive, highly organized, attention to detail and adaptability.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge on Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) is desired.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive Steerco meetings with leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- Experience:8-10 yrs ( 5+ years must in project management experienc).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master certifications preferred.
