This is a remote position.
Overview :
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and ensure consistent adherence to Scrum practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized and groomed product backlog.
Effectively use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage sprint activities, track team progress, and generate Agile performance metrics.
Identify and help remove blockers or impediments affecting the team’s delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and innovation.
Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
