Primary Responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Sprint Management: Oversee sprint execution, ensuring tasks are prioritized, assigned, and completed on time while maintaining quality.
• Team Coaching: Mentor team members on agile best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to maintain team productivity and project timelines.
• Process Improvement: Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and delivery speed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between development, QA, and other teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Technical Guidance: Leverage experience with SaaS platforms, especially QMS (Quality Management Systems) and DMS (Document Management Systems), to guide technical discussions and decisions.
• Healthcare Compliance Awareness: Ensure that all processes and deliverables adhere to healthcare industry standards and regulations, maintaining compliance and data security.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery status.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Tool Management and Optimization: Ensure the team fully utilizes agile tools like Jira and Confluence and explore opportunities to improve workflows through new tools and practices.
• Team Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-acquainted with agile practices, tools, and team dynamics.
• Adaptability Across Projects: Flexibly transition between projects and products as business needs evolve, ensuring seamless support and leadership for various initiatives.

Experience:

7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS environments, with hands-on experience in QMS and DMS (essential).Proven experience in healthcare-related projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA or ISO standards (essential).

Training:Training in advanced agile practices, DevOps methodologies, or CI/CD workflows (preferable).Ongoing professional development in healthcare compliance and data security (preferable).

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, QMS, DMS, and healthcare regulations. Exceptional facilitation, problem-solving, and team-building skills. Proficiency in agile tools and a solid grasp of technical concepts to support team discussions.

Behavioral Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
