In Thie Role, Your Responsibility Will Be:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with precision and purpose
- Promote agile values and practices across teams, driving transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and actionable
- Monitor sprint health, proactively surface blockers, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks early; manage inter-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
- Build bridges between development, QA, UX, business, and operations teams to align goals and execution
- Analyze sprint metrics and team feedback to implement process enhancements and boost velocity
- Mentor team members on agile principles, fostering a self-organizing, empowered, and resilient team culture
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and program delivery leads to ensure consistency and alignment across the broader program
- Drive teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and customer value
- A proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity
- A strategic thinker who balances short-term delivery with long-term sustainability
- A skilled facilitator who adapts to team dynamics and resolves conflicts constructively
- A data-driven decision-maker who values metrics, feedback, and experimentation
- An empathetic coach who empowers teams rather than commands them
- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of technical concepts to engage with engineering teams and bridge business-technical gaps
- Proficiency in agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
- Solid grasp of risk management frameworks and delivery governance
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent certification
- Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud-native environments
- Exposure to enterprise-scale agile programs or SAFe frameworks
- Proven ability to balance speed with quality in high-stakes delivery environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and resolution
- Experience working in digital transformation initiatives or customer-facing platforms
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
