- Should be a Diploma / B.sc computer science / B.E / B.Tech graduate.
- 1-4 years’ years of IT experience in customer support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience on supporting any hardware’s like desktop, laptops, CCTV e.t.c.
- Prior experience supporting UKG terminals is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent spoken & written English skills.
- The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible to pick the cases from common queue and do proper Triage.
- The Technical Support Engineer will adhere to SLA’s defined by the manager.
- Periodically update the customer on the status of cases owned by the Technical Support Engineer.
- Timely resolve the issues reported by the customer which are related to UKG Terminals / Biometric device like Touch ID, Touch ID Plus, Touch Free ID.
- Timely resolve the basic issues reported by the customer which are related to Kronos Workforce Timekeeper / Workforce Device Manager.
- Submit detailed root cause analysis to the customer for each case closure.
- Update timesheets for all the cases owned by Technical support engineer.
- Create knowledge base articles as on required.
