Technical Support Engineer

Overview

• Minimum 6 months of IT support experience (Windows/Mac operating systems)
• Strong working knowledge of: Windows, Networking, Mail systems, Hardware installations

Tech Skills - Have knowledge on any one of the below tools:

• Ticketing systems - Autotask, Remedy, ConnectWise, Spice Works, ServiceNow “AND”
• RMM Platforms – Solarwinds, N-able, AVG Managed workplace, Continuum, Kaseya, Jam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
