Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Roles & Responsibilites:

1) Desktop Support –Windows OS Installation / 10/11.

2) Software installation – java – chrome- SQL- pdf – pdf editor or writer – office 10/13/16/21 or Microsoft office 365. Installation, Basic software installation. Bio matric machine / CCTV Application software installation./ software uninstallation.

3) Outlook configuration – PST creation – Archive creation – Outlook indexing.

4) Windows server - AD user ID creation / password reset/ shared folder permission. / network folder permission / domain join / location system user Admin password creation permission / folder script creation. / policy configuration / AD or Domain Current user profile issue.

5) Amazon cloud data backup – flooder backup schedule activity- auto backup / weekly backup.

6) Networking – rj45 crimping / IO crimping / jack panel termination / switch configuring/ VLAN / basic router configuration / access ID creation. Networking Passive and Active support.

7) Basic firewall support.

8) Printer- basic printer configuration / network printer configuration.

9) Storage server support – NAS support.

10) local User data backup Activity.

11) report support for dedicated sites.

12) site support.

Qualification: BCA/BSc IT/MSc It/or relevant certifications.

Experience: 0-1yrs

Certification : CCNA + MCSA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
