Job Description :*We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in CCTV and security systems to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support, troubleshooting, installation assistance, and ensuring the effective functioning of our CCTV systems for clients across different sectors.Key Responsibilities:*Customer Support:Provide technical support to customers regarding Biometric installation, configuration, and maintenance.Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot system malfunctions over phone, email, or onsite.Guide customers through complex system setups, configurations, and repairs.Installation & Maintenance:Assist with the installation of Biometric, NVR/DVR, and related components.Ensure proper setup and alignment of cameras, network settings, and DVRs/NVRs.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on installed systems.System Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in Biometric systems.Provide technical solutions for system failures, poor image quality, or network connection issues.Ensure the optimal performance of Biometric systems.Product Knowledge & Training:Stay updated with the latest Biometric technology, software, and hardware developments.Provide training and guidance to customers and staff regarding Biometric system usage and best practices.Documentation:Document all technical support activities, including customer queries, solutions provided, and system setups.Prepare detailed reports on recurring issues or potential improvements to the product.Collaboration & Coordination:Coordinate with field engineers and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.Collaborate with product teams to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 2-4 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, particularly within Biometric or surveillance systems.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, NVR/DVR setups, IP cameras, and video analytics.Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).Experience with CCTV-related software, configuration tools, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of security protocols and data protection methods.Ability to work with video management systems (VMS) and integration with other security systems.
