Overview
Job Description:-
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and other team members through phone, chat, and ticket channels.
- Provide support through remote access applications
- Identify bugs, reproduce, report and work with the escalation engineers to assist with a fix and verify fix.
- Work closely with development & Product teams to improve application functionality
- Act as a point of escalation for critical application issues
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting procedures and technical documentation
- Good communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with customers, team members.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Able to work under pressure & multitask professional in technology support
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
[Bsc., Msc., Computer science/ Electronics degree with good technical troubleshooting knowledge]
- Basic Knowledge in SQL,HTML,cloud platforms,Ticketing tools,CRM
- Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac system and troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge in latest web browsers & Mobile apps.
- Strong knowledge in iPhone/ iPad /Tablet/Smartphone/MacBook/PC & Laptop devices and their configuration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office & Google drive files
- 3 shifts in a day (8am to 10pm) (No night shift).
- Should be able to work till 10pm for some shifts.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience of troubleshooting technical issues.
- A passion towards problem-solving
- Strong decision-making ability
