Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving PC-related issues (e.g., components, builds, performance, compatibility).
Handle basic networking problems (e.g., connectivity, routers, modems, IP configurations).
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in both Hindi and English.
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system accurately.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
Stay updated on the latest PC hardware, software, and networking trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Basic understanding of PC components and configurations (e.g., CPU, GPU, RAM, storage).
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, Wi-Fi setup, LAN/WAN basics).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Fluent in both Hindi and English (verbal and written communication is mandatory).
Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users.
Customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
