Hello,
We are hiring for the position of Technical Support Engineer who has 2-3 Years of experience for Ahmedabad location.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues including account setup and network configuration
· Installing and configuring hardware and software.
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)
· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat or visit on-site until they’ve solved a technical issue.
· Provide Demo, proof of concept (POC) of a product to customers.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
· Ensure all issues are properly logged
· Nice to have Cyber Security Experience but not mandatory.
