Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and offering analytical solutions. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with technical problems, ensuring high levels of customer service, and supporting the IT infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.

• F5 Terminology familiar and certificatied
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in handling IT infrastructure issues is a plus
