About the job:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to monitor and support Docker-based applications, APIs, databases, and caching systems in an enterprise client environment. The role involves troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, and coordination with DevOps, engineering, and client operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and troubleshoot Docker containers (crashes, logs, CPU/memory, auto-restart).
2. Ensure the availability and performance of APIs; investigate timeout issues.
3. Perform API testing using Postman/curl and validate data ingestion and calculations.
4. Monitor MongoDB (replica sets, backups, performance) and Redis (TTL, memory, cache invalidation).
5. Respond to client solution queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
6. Support Linux systems (logs, processes, cron jobs).
7. Coordinate with client infrastructure teams for server provisioning.
8. Follow security, access control, and incident management SOPs.
Location: Navi-Mumbai (client-side role)
Shift: Rotational(evening and night shift)

Other Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
3. Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container monitoring.
4. Linux system administration (RHEL preferred).
5. Basic scripting knowledge (Bash/Python).
6. Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
7. API monitoring, testing, and debugging skills.
8. Understanding of networking, firewall rules, and private IP environments.
9. Familiarity with Git and rollback procedures.
10. Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
11. Exposure to high-availability systems and incident response.
