Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Deliver high-quality end-to-end technical support to internal and external customers, driving timely issue resolution, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing overall resolution time. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships to drive clear, proactive communication.
• Take full ownership of customer issues through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and positive customer outcomes.
• Apply diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Escalate complex or high-impact issues to engineering teams while maintaining accountability.
• Analyze product issue trends to generate actionable insights and contribute to top issue reporting.
• Support engineering engagement and reduce operational risk through accurate assessments and collaboration.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation, detailed case logging, and bug reporting to improve organizational learning.
• Continuously develop technical expertise and proactively address skill gaps to enhance performance.
