Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Support Engineer with exceptional server-side management skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives on solving complex problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and effective technical support to customers via calls and emails
- Understand customer issues thoroughly and resolve them, aiming for on-the-spot solutions whenever possible
- Manage and troubleshoot WordPress, Drupal, or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Handle server-side infrastructure with strong expertise in Linux servers, Windows Servers, and AWS infrastructure
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with a methodical approach
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic customer requirements and technical landscapes
