Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional support for our internal and external customers. You will be a critical member of our team, troubleshooting technical issues related to our SaaS applications and underlying cloud infrastructure. This role requires a blend of expertise in SaaS support and cloud platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Support: Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our SaaS applications. This includes troubleshooting login issues, functionality problems, and configuration errors.
• Cloud Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting the underlying cloud infrastructure that supports our SaaS applications. This may involve working with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Maintain clear and concise communication throughout the troubleshooting process.
• Knowledge Base Development: Document technical issues and develop clear solutions and test cases to be used for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with development and operations teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve support processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support within a SaaS or cloud computing environment.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in SaaS applications.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a must.
• Hands-on Knowledge of Linux (Centos/Ubuntu) and Databases (SQL, NoSQL, and Cloud Databases).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant IT certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
