Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with basic computer knowledge (e.g., B.A., B.Com., BCS, BCA, BSc)
• Graduation Years: Pass-out batches of 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Determining the root cause of a technical issue, select and explain the best solution to the customer’s query.
• Handle incoming tickets/chats/calls/remotes.
• Maintain customer interaction records.
• Refer unresolved customer issues/grievances to the specially designated departments with the complete history for further investigation.
• Basic computer competency is needed as mentioned below:
  • Adhere to the procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • Swift in dealing with changes in methods and policies.
  • Assist with the placement of orders, upgrades, and downgrades.
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations if any.
  • Recommend improvements in the existing product and services by analyzing the customer contacts.
  • Should be flexible working in the office and in rotational shifts.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle stress, and a positive attitude.
• Customer service experience and familiarity with CRM will be an additional advantage.
