About the Role:

ByteReboot is hiring motivated freshers and entry-level professionals for the role of Technician. This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT support with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer assistance, and network diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Diagnose and repair faults in systems and networks.
• Assist users through step-by-step solutions over call/chat.
• Install and configure computers, peripherals, and software.
• Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions.
• Conduct safety checks and test new technologies.
• Provide customer feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support rollout of new tools and applications.

Qualifications:

• Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech in IT/Computer Science.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English required).
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software is a plus.
• Certifications like Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco are advantageous.
