Job Description

IS IT IN YOU?

• Fundamental knowledge of Accounting and Finance. (MBA Degree in Finance preferable)
• Diagnosing difficult issues with complex software configurations related to:
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Transactions and Reporting, Payroll Transactions, Time and Attendance Records, Expense Tracking
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent experience in supporting software.
• SQL experience/knowledge a plus
• Proficient English language communication skills (written and verbal). Any additional language is advantage
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting customer escalations within a ticketing-based workflow, while achieving SLA requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel
• Willing to work in a rotational shift including non-standard hours, depending on business needs
